Description   A skimming solution for larger ponds.  This unit measures 24" x 28" x 20" and comes with a non-skid cover, a rugged leaf basket, bio-filter media to protect your pump and provide more surface area for beneficial  bacteria.  The pump chamber has enough space for one large pump.  Helps keep your pond free of leaves, pine needles and other debris by skimming it from the surface.  Protects your pump too!  Buy the optional faceplate which comes in two sizes for this skimmer.  The 8.5" faceplate is used for pumps that pump 1,800-5,000gph and ponds that measure up to 500 square feet.  The 16" faceplate is for pumps that pump 5,000-8,000 gph and ponds that measure up to 1,200 square feet.  Also set up to add ultraviolet lighting with 26 watt Uvinex clarifier or the 50 watt UV Clarifier.
